Vita was on her way to the stockpile the mechanic had entasked her to do and she looked forward to do it with her dog companion Chief. They ran most of the way there but saved their strength on the actual fight in case it got messy. Vita looked at the map and then forward. "It should be just ahead, let's tread carefully, buddy" she said and went behind the houses so they wouldn't be as easily spotted.
She sent Chief first to locate the enemies, he was careful and then he came back to her. He barked softly 3 times. There were three raiders outside guarding the area. The was a fence that spread around the destination so she didn't have that much to hind behind except for a cement block. Chief went first and let out small whimpers to distract the raiders and succeeded. As they went to look for the sound Vita jumped out from behind and shot one of them straight in the head.
The enemies quickly turned around and shot at her, she moved away fast from the bullets but managed to get hit in the arm. It hurt like hell but she continued. Chief sprinted as quick as he could on the woman who had shot Vita, jumped and bit her in the neck almost instantly killing her. As the third one was confused to which one he would shoot Vita shot him in the leg and later on Chief took care of him as well dodging a few bullets.
Vita knew that the raiders from inside most probably would have noticed the gun shots so they hurried inside and hid behind a desk and closed the door gently behind them. She was surprised the raiders hadn't made it to the front door yet but in fact, being two against three raiders wasn't that hard anyways. Not with Chief that was both strong and fast.
They heard running footsteps coming closer and closer and voices shouting at eachother but Chief and Vita stayed quiet. Vita tried to count the steps so she'd know how many they were but it was nearly impossible. Maybe four to six people. It would be a struggle. It didn't seem that they had noticed that they were already inside. They weren't that stupid though so the were careful and held their guard up. They slowed down to a fast walk and checked everywhere inside so they wouldn't miss anything. Vita stayed close to the corner of the desk with her switchblade close to hand so she could snit the closest raiders ankle when they walked past, if she was lucky. And that she was, she snit the ankle of a guy who walked past. Probably new guy, who didn't check the corner? Anyways, as the guy fell to the ground she planted the switch blade in to his skull. Dead.
As the guy fell to the floor everyone noticed and started shooting her way and running towards her with baseball bats, batongs, you name it. She rolled towards the next desk, stood up and shot the first raider she could spot, first in the shoulder and then the head. Chief sprinted the other way when the others was focused on her and bit one in the leg holding it tight with his iron jaw. BAM, Vita shot the disabled one. She looked around quick. There were 3 people left. She kneeled down behind the desk, reloading as quick as she could while Chief distracted them.
As she got up there was one right beside her and it took her by surprise but this time her reflexes didn't fail her, she dodged and punched him right between the legs making him disabled as well. She shot his head right off with her 44. pistol and there were two left. One had shot Chief in the leg and she quickly ran in to them with all her strength. She was lucky that her body was hard and full of muscles because they fell right to the ground. One of them tried to hit her with a baseball bat but was too slow. She took a hold of his baseball bat, forcing it out of his hand and later smashing his head in with the tip and quickly switched to her gun and shot the other one in the shoulder.
While the woman screamed in pain by the bullet in her shoulder, Vita gave her dog a stimpak for the pain and later on stepped on the wound and demanded the raider to tell her where the stockpile was and how many was up ahead. "Second door.. ugh.. to the right.. 2 guarding" she moaned. "Never liked this job anyway".
One last bullet in the head and Vita and Chief continued to the stockpile. Two guard there just as the doomed raider had told her. "huh.. that was something. A raider that tells the truth" she giggled looking over to her panting dog looking back at her. She easily killed the two guards by the treasure so to call it and took everything she could find. They both went back to Roy and delivered the goods. "Mission complete" She said with a slight smirk on her face.
